1. Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Where sufficient notice is given, the session can normally be moved to another available time.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used except where applicable law requires otherwise or exceptional circumstances are agreed.
3. Packages
Unused package sessions remain subject to the validity period and terms confirmed at purchase. If a refund is available under applicable consumer law, any refund may take account of services already supplied.
4. Coach cancellation
If Julien needs to cancel a confirmed session, the session will be rescheduled or the affected session fee will be credited/refunded as appropriate.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
